HEALTH AND SAFETY FACILITY MANAGER
I am Monica Irsara, the Health and Safety Facility Manager here at our hotel.
We have taken additional health and safety measures in our hotel to reduce the risk of infection and transmission of COVID-19. We have adopted rigorous deep cleaning and disinfection protocols in line with current hygiene regulations in order to ensure the well-being and health of our guests and staff.
We have placed hand sanitizer stations in high-touch areas.
We encourage you to check in online from home.
Our wellness area is open. The access is controlled.
Our Fitness Center is available for use by appointment.
Massages are also available by appointment.
Our guest rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected using products of certified manufacturers. Our cleaning cloths are changed between rooms and we open windows to ensure ample air circulation.
Our guests may opt out of our daily room cleaning program.
All bedroom linens are washed and disinfected by the Dariz external professional laundry service, according to certified procedures.
A hand sanitizer station is placed at the entrance to the dining room.
Tables are arranged to allow for maximum social distancing.
A specific table will be assigned to guests for the period of their stay.
Dinner is served at the table. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide a salad and starter buffet. Breakfast is partly served at the table and partly we offer a served buffet with a protective screen.
Following each meal, the dining room will be adequately cleaned and disinfected, and windows will be opened to ensure air circulation.
All tablecloths and napkins are washed and disinfected in-house according to certified procedures.
We follow applicable regulations with regard to the use of face masks and disposable gloves to prepare and handle food and meals.
All our staff wear face masks and, if necessary, disposable gloves.
Everyone on our team has their body temperature checked twice daily.
We are providing on-going training and education to our team about preventive and protective measures.
Give us a hand! We kindly ask you to check your body temperature when you check in to the hotel and to carry and use a face mask if the safety distance cannot be maintained.
If you develop flu symptoms, please inform the reception desk immediately.
