For a carefree vacation, we have adapted our cancellation policy.


In order to confirm your reservation we ask a deposit of 25% of the total amount. You can either make a money transfer by bank or we can charge you the amount on your credit card (Visa or MasterCard).


If you cannot travel due to COVID-19 or our hotel has to stay closed, we will cancel your reservation and you can choose between three options:

  • postpone the stay without additional costs
  • refund of the deposit
  • issue of a voucher worth the deposit for a future stay


In case of cancellation for other reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.


For postponed check-ins, early check-outs or unoccupied beds, the price billed will be according to the booking, with the cost of unconsumed meals detracted.
