For a carefree vacation, we have adapted our cancellation policy.
In order to confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay. Either you make a money transfer by bank or you can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
You can cancel your booking free of charge in the following cases:
- lockdown or border closures due to COVID-19
- the hotel is closed due to COVID-19
- the skiing facilities are not open due to COVID-19
In these circumstances you can choose between 3 options:
- rebooking of your stay
- refund of the deposit
- issue of a voucher worth the deposit for a future stay
To have an extra guarantee in case of cancellation we recommend our travel insurance, which also covers you in case of COVID-19 illness:
In case of cancellation for personal reasons beyond the above conditions, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
- up to 10 days before arrival, loss of the deposit equal to 25% of the total amount of the stay
- 9 or less days before arrival 90% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
For postponed check-ins, early check-outs or unoccupied beds, the price billed will be according to the booking, with the cost of unconsumed meals detracted.
